Workshop Description
The information gained will enable teachers to provide explicit instruction in reading comprehension strategies. The outcome of such instruction is improved reading comprehension for students. Ultimately, teachers will enhance their understanding of how students learn to comprehend. They will learn how to transform their classroom practices and effectively guide readers to apply comprehension strategies while reading.
