DURATION: 5 hours

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

The workshop will be divided into a morning session and an afternoon session, with an hour for lunch. Throughout the morning session, participants will participate in a demonstration lesson modelling the use of inference-making strategies and techniques that can be applied across the Language Arts domains for the benefit of young learners. The afternoon session will be dedicated to exploring approaches and tips which teachers may use when writing or designing reading comprehension resources. The workshop will conclude with a recap of key discoveries.
