This two-day workshop equips owners, directors, and managers of pre-schools, day care centres, nursery schools, and early childhood education facilities with the practical business knowledge, leadership tools, and operational strategies needed to manage sustainable, compliant, and high-quality childcare businesses. Participants will blend best practices in early childhood education with sound business management principles and practical exercises.

By the end of the workshop participants should be able to:
- Develop and articulate a clear business model and vision for their early childhood centre.
- Apply financial management skills including budgeting, fee-setting, and basic cash flow management.
- Design and implement effective marketing and enrollment strategies.
- Discuss legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for managing an ECE facility.
- Develop and manage high-performing teams through effective HR practices.
- Establish systems for quality assurance, parent communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create a basic business plan tailored to their centre & growth goals.
