- Step 1:
- Courses offered by the Division of Continuing Education have no entry requirements. However, to pursue courses with a Level 2 designation, the Level 1 component must be completed first.
- Step 2:
- Go to the Online Application Form .
- Step 3:
- Select REGISTER NOW and create your account.
- Step 4:
- Complete the online application. When reviewing the application, make a note of the APPLICATION ID which is located at the top left of the form.
- Step 5:
- Submit/Confirm your application.
- Step 6:
- After receiving the application response, make sure to select the CLICK HERE prompt for further instructions.
- Step 7:
- Pay the application fee 3 days after submitting the application. The APPLICATION ID is required for payments made at SurePay and SurePay online.
- Step 8:
- Submit all documentation in one email. When submitting documents clearly state first name and last name in the subject line.

While completing the online application, follow the instructions below carefully:
- Click on Programme Information
- Click on Add Programme (Top right Corner)
- For Programme Type, choose “Postgraduate Diploma”
- For “Select Programme”, choose “Postgraduate Diploma in Education Secondary” (Do not add courses with PGDES at this stage)
- For “Campus Location” choose “Erdiston Teachers’ Training College”
- Click Save
All specializations for the Postgraduate Diploma in Education Secondary are formatted as follows: PGDES - Subject Area. For example PGDES English.

To Add a Specialization (First Choice):
- Select: Add Programme
- For Programme Type, choose “Postgraduate Diploma”
- For “Select Programme”, choose “PGDES ( Subject Area )”
- For “Campus Location”, choose “Erdiston Teachers’ Training College”
- To add a Second Choice repeat STEP 4
- Step 6:
- Complete the online application. When reviewing the application, make a note of the APPLICATION ID which is located at the top left of the form.
